Stratcom PRO is developing the EEAS Communication and Outreach Strategy 2025–2029

Stratcom PRO has been selected by the European External Action Service (EEAS) to develop its new Communication and Outreach Strategy 2025–2029, with support from GOPA PACE.

The strategy will define how the EU communicates its external action over the coming years: strengthening Europe’s global voice, improving coherence across institutions and Delegations, and promoting innovative, audience-centred storytelling that reflects the EU’s values and partnerships.

Drawing on insights from more than 60 stakeholder consultations across the EEAS, EU Delegations, Commission services and Member States, Stratcom PRO is working closely with the EEAS to deliver a practical, data-driven framework for modern and impactful EU communication worldwide.
