Multi-year communication strategy for EU Delegation Georgia

In 2022, we developed a multi-year communication strategy for the EU Delegation in Georgia, starting with concept development and expert consultations. The process involved creating and refining an integrated umbrella campaign, including a detailed narrative, topical guides, and a four-year action plan. We collaborated closely with the EU Delegation to expand and finalise the strategy, incorporating context analysis, feedback, and actionable recommendations. The finalised strategy included focus group suggestions, influencer engagement tips, and visual branding ideas, ensuring a robust and adaptable framework for future communication efforts.
