African journalists explore EU efforts to counter disinformation

A diverse group of 12 journalists from French-speaking Sub-Saharan African countries (Benin, Togo, Côte d’Ivoire, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, and Senegal) gathered in Brussels for an in-depth exploration of the European Union’s efforts to combat disinformation and address pressing global issues such as migration, security, and counterterrorism. The visit, organised under the project EEAS Task Force Africa: Campaigns & Events, implemented by GOPA PACE and Stratcom PRO since September 2024.
