Strengthening EU Delegation communications across the Americas

As part of a regional seminar organised by the Strategic Communication and Foresight Directorate of the European External Action Service, Press and Information Officers from 27 EU Delegations across the Americas came together in Brussels from 17-21 March to strengthen their communication efforts. Stratcom PRO delivered two dedicated sessions at the seminar tailored to the specific needs of delegation press teams. The first session focused on crisis communication, using real-life scenarios to explore response strategies and encourage peer-to-peer exchange. The second session provided a comprehensive review of delegations’ communication plans and strategies across the region, offering practical feedback and suggestions for improvement. Both sessions sparked rich discussions, with valuable contributions from colleagues across delegations and the FPI team.
