Stratcom PRO launches a new workshop series supporting EEAS strategic communication

Stratcom PRO designed and delivered a half day pilot workshop for the Strategic Communication Directorate of the European External Action Service as a follow up to the EEAS Communication and Outreach Strategy, focused on strengthening ongoing communication. Working in mixed groups, participants reviewed how requests, priorities, editorial decisions, approvals and handovers are handled and agreed shared routines to support coordinated delivery.

The session translated strategic objectives into practical ways of working that teams can apply in day to day delivery. Discussions focused on clear entry points for requests, simple prioritisation approaches, consistent editorial handling, and smooth handovers across teams so that work can move faster and with shared expectations. The outcomes provide a common reference for how ongoing communication is planned, coordinated and delivered across the directorate.

This was the first in a workshop series for EEAS strategic communication delivered with Cronos Europa, with the next sessions continuing to build shared practice, reinforce coordination, and support implementation of the strategy across teams and workflows.
