In November 2019, we initiated, conceptualised, and managed the ‘Disinfo Alert Week’ in Georgia, an unprecedented strategic communication effort under the EU’s action plan against disinformation. In the second half of 2023, we supported the EU Delegation in Nepal by contributing to its communication strategy, conducting a social media audit, and delivering capacity-building initiatives. Between May and November 2017, we rebranded the Eastern Partnership (EaP) initiative, creating a new visual identity and implementing one of the largest communication campaigns for a high-level EU foreign policy event. As a powerful example of a values-driven communication campaign, together with the EU NEIGHBOURS EAST team we organised the #FamilyConnections photo contest. In May 2023, as part of the EU NEIGHBOURS EAST regional communication programme, we developed and piloted an augmented reality quiz on Instagram and Facebook to engage younger audiences with stimulating questions about the EU. At the end of 2020, we designed and delivered a training programme aimed at building the long-term resilience of EU staff against hybrid threats. In collaboration with European Commission and European Parliament services, we created an interactive exercise to help participants recognize and respond to coordinated disinformation attacks. In 2018, we led the concept, planning, and coordination of the EU’s campaign to promote the Erasmus+ programme in Russia. Centered around the personal stories of six Russian beneficiaries during their studies abroad, the campaign highlighted the transformative impact of Erasmus+ through human narratives, factsheets, and a dedicated landing page.
